TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment

 

We request a 50% of your package price as a deposit to hold reservation. You can make full payment up to one day before your lessons package start date.

 

We accept payments on:

• Pay-Pal (we charge an extra 6% of the package price to cover Pay-Pal fees)

• Banco Popular Domincano Bank wire (we accept the following currencies: American dollars and Dominican pesos)

• Credit cards payments are only accepted at the Surf/kite School to complete the package payments.

 

Re-Scheduling your lessons

 

You can re-schedule lessons dates with no penalty when the request is done 15 days or more before your lessons package start date.

 

Between 15 and 7 days before your lessons start date date you can re-schedule your start dates with a penalty of a 10% of the package price.

 

Within 7 days prior to your check in date you can still make changes to your lessons schedule with a penalty of a 15% of the package price.

 

 

Cancellations

 

You have always the option to request a re-schedule in your lessons packages to avoid making a cancellation.

 

Cancellations within 15 days prior to your lessons package start date have a 30% penalty on your lessons package price.

 

Refunds

 

All refunds will be done by the same payment method the package was payed (bank transfer or PayPal). Wave Soul SRL is not responsible for the costs that this refund may inquire. International bank transfers cost US$45 and PayPal fees can vary depending to which country the money is being sent.

 

Cancellation due to Weather Conditions

 

If your flight was delayed/re-scheduled due to weather conditions then there is no penalty applied to re-scheduling your lessons package date.

 

If lessons have to be cancelled due to weather conditions (storms/no wind) then we refund the corresponding with no penalty or fees.
