TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment:

 

We request a 50% of your package price as a deposit to hold reservation. 100% of the package price has to be payed 15 days or more before the check in date.

 

We accept payments on:

• Pay-Pal (we charge an extra 6% of the package price to cover Pay-Pal fees)

• Banco Popular Domincano Bank wire (we accept the following currencies: American dollars and Dominican pesos)

 

Change in your Camp dates:

 

You can change your camp dates with no penalty when the request is done 60 days or more before your check in date.

 

Between 60 and 15 days before your check in date you can make changes to your camp dates with a penalty of a 10% of the package price.

 

Within 15 days prior to your check in date you can still make changes to your camp dates but with a penalty of a 15% of the package price.

 

 

Cancellations

 

You have always the option to request a change in your camp dates to avoid making a cancellation.

 

Cancellations 60 days or more before your check in date have a 15% penalty on your camp package price.

 

Cancellations within 60 and 30 days prior to your check in date have a 20% penalty on your camp package price.

 

Cancellations within 30 and 15 days prior to your check in date have a 25% penalty on your camp package price.

 

Cancellations within 15 days prior to your check in date have a 30% penalty on your camp package price.

 

Refunds

 

All refunds will be done by the same payment method the package was payed (bank transfer or PayPal). Wave Soul SRL is not responsible for the costs that this refund may inquire. International bank transfers cost US$45 and PayPal fees can vary depending to which country the money is being sent.
