Dominican Republic Vacation

There are a number of different resorts built along the sandy beaches of the Dominican Republic there that charge top dollar for rooms and services, but only a few of them can truly call themselves a retreat resort. This is defined by a place that truly allows those staying there and paying all the bills to escape from the world around them.

 

First, this retreat resort needs to be located in a place that isn’t loud or surrounded by the hustle and bustle of a city or town, or even another resort. It should be seemingly all on its own, in a place that doesn’t have a lot of other tourists or locals around. Second, there should usually not be kids or families at this resort, who will raise the overall volume and change the overall mood. This is not a deal breaker but the retreat resorts without families are generally more relaxing. Finally, there needs to be ample options for activities so that you can explore and have new experiences while you are there, further removing you from your everyday life.
