WE TAKE CARE OF VEGANS, VEGETARIANS OR ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

It is our Chef's priority to invite you with delicious and balanced meals as you will need to recover all the energy lost in the ocean.

Kiters will be served with a whole abundant gourmet breakfast. You will be delighted with fresh seasonal fruits, smothies, cereals, yogurt, toasts, eggs, and much more. For lunch we will visit Kite Beach Restaurants for a light meal before your kitesurf lesson.

Surfers on the other hand step into the ocean in the morning so you will be provided with an energy snack enough to be active without having the feeling a full stomach. After an exhausting surf morning you will be blessed with a magical delish brunch that will put an even bigger smile to your face.

Dinners some will be taken place at the house with our chefs cooking exquisite meals to fulfill everyones taste. You will also discover different restaurants in the heart of Cabarete. We adapt our carta for those who are vegan, vegetarian, have any allergies or are intolerant to any specific ingredients. Everything is covered to satisfy your appetite.

LA BANDERA DOMINICANA

Dominicans call their country’s staple dish La bandera Dominicana which literary translates to the Dominican Flag.  White rice, chicken with tomato sauce and veggies and black beans is all you will find in this typical dish which is served almost daily in every Dominican household.

Dominican food is a mixed blend of African, Spanish and Taino Indian influences but not heavily hot spiced like the neighbouring islands of Jamaica and Trinidad.
